Structure Tone London was selected by our client, an investment management and research company, to provide pre-construction assistance and oversee the fit-out of their new London headquarters. The works were carried out from Shell & Core to Cat B, spanning across levels six and seven of a recently modernised and highly sought after building in the heart of the City of London.
This project is a high specification Cat B fit out across 2 floors within 100 Liverpool Street. In order to provide the desired working conditions, a highly cellularised work space was created.

As the main contractor for this project, the Dublin team delivered the design, early procurement, and build out which needed to be in compliance with building regulation requirements.
This confidential financial client is a global equity investment management boutique who moved their NYC office to an entire floor at a Midtown Manhattan office tower, a space totaling around 11,000sf. Structure Tone provided general construction services and provided all labor and materials for the build-out of our client’s new office, completing the project in an 18-week construction schedule.
Structure Tone recently completed this 10,000sf lab expansion and renovation project for a confidential client in Devens, Massachusetts. The goal was to expand the manufacturing lab to accommodate additional testing of biological products.

The scope of work consisted of multiple amenities, including a general office space, four executive offices, six conference rooms, a reception area, an elevator lobby, two pantries, a dining room, an MDF and IDF room, a trading room, an A/V room, and a gym.
