Our continued partnership with PepsiCo at the Frito-Lay Headquarters in Plano, Texas has been rewarding. Nearly two decades after our Dallas team completed the original 520,000sf space, we had the privilege of returning to enhance key areas—prioritizing both functionality and design.

The first floor executive conference suite features a full-height LED wall, premium A/V amenities, and a striking  Formula 1 car display, creating a sophisticated setting for board meetings and company events.

The redesigned space reflects their dedication and commitment to high-end care, featuring custom millwork and finishes that perfectly embody the Westlake brand.
The progress of Southstone Yards, an impressive 239,000sf project in Frisco, Texas, stands as a monumental achievement in contemporary construction. This architectural masterpiece combines a mass timber structural frame with a concrete core, forming a seven-story office building integrated with an attached parking garage.
