The project involved expanding offices, shifting corridor walls, and creating new workspaces that seamlessly blend elegance with practicality.
Structure Tone Southwest proudly completed the first-generation finish-out for Michael Hsu Office of Architecture’s new Austin headquarters, a space designed to inspire creativity and collaboration.
Located in Las Cimas II, the Austin, Texas headquarters of a software company spans two floors and blends high-end finishes with sustainable solutions. The first floor executive conference suite features a full-height LED wall, premium A/V amenities, and a striking  Formula 1 car display, creating a sophisticated setting for board meetings and company events.

Our first collaboration began with Dallas facility, where brought the space to life with sleek design elements, including terrazzo flooring and a dome ceiling that complements Westlake's spa-like ambiance.
When Westlake Dermatology set out to enhance their Lakeway, Texas, clinic, they saw an opportunity to elevate the patient experience while preserving the luxury synonymous with their brand. The redesigned space reflects their dedication and commitment to high-end care, featuring custom millwork and finishes that perfectly embody the Westlake brand.
The progress of Southstone Yards, an impressive 239,000sf project in Frisco, Texas, stands as a monumental achievement in contemporary construction. This architectural masterpiece combines a mass timber structural frame with a concrete core, forming a seven-story office building integrated with an attached parking garage.
Structure Tone Southwest successfully completed the interior fit-out for a global Christian-based broadcast network in Ft. Worth, transforming 188,000sf across three exciting phases.
The purpose of this law office renovation for repeat client, Norton Rose Fulbright, was to refresh their existing space, including the grand stairway, catering pantry, and lobby. During preconstruction, we worked closely with the design team to provide field surveys of the existing conditions and eliminate unknowns.
To support O'Melveny’s expansion in the Dallas market at its new office location, Structure Tone Southwest was selected to execute comprehensive first-generation interior finish-out services across three floors in a newly constructed 27-story office tower in the city’s vibrant Harwood District. The team successfully completed the finish-out of the new law office, covering approximately 67,000sf on floors 15 through 17.
Originally built in the 1980s, the well known and loved Williams Square Plaza in Irving, Texas was in dire need of a revamp, and Structure Tone Southwest was there to deliver.
