TIAA Corporate Center
When TIAA set out to establish a new corporate hub in Frisco, they needed more than just office space—they needed a workplace designed to support diverse employee needs across nine floors. Structure Tone Southwest delivered a first-generation build-out that integrates functionality with amenities to support collaboration, wellness, and long-term growth.
To meet client goals, our team completed four rounds of budgeting, reducing costs significantly without sacrificing design intent. Using BIM coordination and laser scanning, system clashes were resolved before installation, saving time and preventing costly rework. The project earned LEED Platinum certification and achieved 32% MWBE participation, underscoring our ability to deliver sustainable, inclusive projects while staying on schedule and within budget.
