Structure Tone provided construction services for BBR Partners' 30,000sf fit-out in Midtown East. With this relocation, the wealth management firm moved away from a two-floor, disconnected work environment, to a single floor with increased square footage that encourages greater collaboration among teams.
Global investment firm Cambridge Associates relocated its Boston office to the top three floors of Winthrop Center in Boston’s Financial District. Structure Tone worked with Suffolk (base building contractor), Millennium Partners (building owner), and IA (architect) to meet building standards and base building temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) requirements, while creating a hybrid workplace that optimizes employee connection and client accommodation.
Structure Tone Boston fit out MPM BioImpact’s office on Boylston Street, reconstructing the 11th floor with large exterior windows providing natural light and beautiful views of Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. Our PM and superintendents worked closely with the designers and the MPM team to create a space that highlights both comfort and function, as can be seen in the selection of the architectural finishes, the furniture, and the lighting fixtures.
Structure Tone London was selected by our client, an investment management and research company, to provide pre-construction assistance and oversee the fit-out of their new London headquarters. The works were carried out from Shell & Core to Cat B, spanning across levels six and seven of a recently modernised and highly sought after building in the heart of the City of London.
Structure Tone managed the two-floor office relocation and fit-out for SVB Leerink LLC (now operating as SVB Securities), a leading investment bank specializing in healthcare and technology.
Structure Tone New Jersey fit out the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering basis of design for Fiserv’s location in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The four-story building encompasses 428,000sf of space with social work zones, culinary programming, and wellness opportunities for associates.
Collaborating with and working from a design by TPG Architecture, Structure Tone built DZ Bank, a re-imagined NYC headquarters, creating a clean, bright office that reflects its corporate culture and values and encourages employee satisfaction, collaboration, and productivity.
Norway's largest financial services group, DNB, selected Structure Tone to help them create a new, dynamic workspace that would prioritize employees, represent the company’s brand and culture, support collaboration, and inspire engagement. Their 20,000sf office at Hudson Yards offered the perfect setting against panoramic views of New York City and the Hudson River.
This confidential financial client is a global equity investment management boutique who moved their NYC office to an entire floor at a Midtown Manhattan office tower, a space totaling around 11,000sf. Structure Tone provided general construction services and provided all labor and materials for the build-out of our client’s new office, completing the project in an 18-week construction schedule.
