This confidential financial client’s west office renovation consisted of a 100,000sf fit-out across four floors. The new space was built to enhance productivity and office collaboration.

Structure Tone provided comprehensive construction management services for Brightstar Capital Partners’ office relocation, moving the private equity firm from 650 Fifth Avenue to a newly designed space on the 18th floor of 51 West 52nd Street. The project, spanning approximately 24,000sf, involved building out an unoccupied floor within a fully occupied building, with the added challenge of maintaining appropriate noise levels throughout the day due to the property management office directly above.
For nearly two decades, Structure Tone has worked on various projects for this financial services client located near Bryant Park. For this pavilion refurbishment, our firm provided preconstruction services for eleven months prior to being awarded construction services.
Over a decade ago, Structure Tone completed an office renovation for global investment firm, Viking Global, at their previous offices at 280 Park Avenue. Once they selected recently repositioned 660 Fifth Avenue as their new home in 2023, our team was brought onboard to manage construction on their two-floor relocation.
In 2007, Structure Tone expertly managed the phased interior build-out of Moody’s 15-floor, 670,000sf headquarters. The global business and financial services firm recently underwent a 42,000sf renovation on the 52nd floor to create a new hybrid workplace for its employees.
Built with precision and efficiency, our team merged multiple locations into a three-floor, 50,000sf office for wealth management firm Corient (previously CI Financial). The renovation featured an array of communal spaces including an inviting reception area and a conference zone with executive boardroom.
Since 2020, Structure Tone has completed several projects for the retirement and investment solutions company, Mutual of America Financial Group. This office consolidation and restack– also an ICAP project – consisted of renovating and modernizing floors 4, 5, and 6 and was designed to accommodate 250 employees.
Structure Tone provided construction services for BBR Partners' 30,000sf fit-out in Midtown East. With this relocation, the wealth management firm moved away from a two-floor, disconnected work environment, to a single floor with increased square footage that encourages greater collaboration among teams.
Fiserv has leased just under 70,000sf in Ten Hanover Quay, a historically significant and protected in Dublin’s Docklands. Over the last year, the innovation-focused company partnered with their trusted construction partner, Structure Tone Dublin, to transform the recently renovated structure into Fiserv’s Irish headquarters.
