Structure Tone was appointed to deliver a 13,000 sq ft Cat B fit out for global proprietary trading firm DV Trading, located on Level 31 of the iconic 20 Fenchurch Street – better known as the ‘Walkie-Talkie’ building.
The brief was to transform a Cat A shell into a high-performance workspace capable of supporting fast-paced trading operations while enhancing the employee experience.
Delivered within a tight programme, the project involved the retention and upgrade of existing MEP systems to ensure long-term flexibility and operational reliability. The space features high-spec trading areas, a sleek reception, an open pantry, collaborative zones, and meeting suites with panoramic views of London.
Premium finishes, bespoke joinery, and refined detailing were integrated, balancing aesthetics with durability and functionality. Amenities such as an on-floor gym, luxury showers, and wellness features were incorporated to support employee well-being.
Despite logistical challenges of working in a high-rise, occupied building, the team delivered on time and to exacting standards. The result is a future-ready workspace that balances resilience, functionality, and design excellence, reflecting DV Trading’s global ambitions and operational agility.
