Warren Street Hotel
The Warren Street Hotel is a new approximately 91,365 square-foot 14-story building boutique hotel and residential building for the luxurious Firmdale Hotels brand. The hotelier’s third property in New York City is located on a midblock site in Tribeca. The hotel comprises 86 guest rooms, 12 residences, and amenities including multiple movie theaters, gym, and a gourmet restaurant and bar.
The building has a concrete superstructure with a window wall enclosure. The cellar extends three levels below grade, requiring a full 60’ secant wall foundation. The Tribeca location was previously undeveloped and used as a parking lot. The project scope included excavation down 80’ to rock, as well as intense dewatering due to a high water table.
Guestrooms, restaurant, and residences will be finished at the highest level of quality, with art, wall coverings, furniture, and textiles all personally curated by the ownership team.
