Symantec/Veritas
Symantec/Veritas was completed in December 2015. The product of over a year’s worth of hard work by the Structure Tone Dublin team – it truly is a remarkable project. What was initially a derelict warehouse has been converted into a 150,000sf modern office location.
The project encompassed incorporating alterations to the structural steel; the replacement of all roof and wall paneling; the extension of the foot plate of the building; considerable alterations to the surrounding landscaping as well as a mezzanine install; full fit-out; and the installation of all associated MEP including a HVAC system pioneered by the Structure Tone fit-out of PayPal in previous years.
