Rowe leads International construction firm’s Interiors in London
LONDON, UK (Jan 2018) – Construction professional Adam Rowe has joined the London office of construction management specialist Structure Tone. Rowe now leads the company’s Interiors division, focusing on fit-out and refurbishment projects from £0-£10m.
Rowe has spent nearly 30 years in construction, delivering projects across the UK, beginning his career in the industry as a laborer and continuing on to become an expert in all aspects of the business, from operations to business development and client relationships. Rowe’s expertise particularly lies in interior refurbishment and fit-outs, including projects with varying approaches to procurement and for clients in a wide range of industries, such as;
- Danone – 42,000 sf, CAT B fit out across 2 floors
- IMG – 44,000 sf, CAT B fit out
- Bayer – 80,000 sf, CAT B fit out across 4 floor
- The University of Derby – Fenestration Project (Winner of Green Gown Award for Sustainable Construction and Refurbishment)
Joining the firm as it celebrates its 30th year in business in London, Rowe will help Structure Tone manage its portfolio of small to medium size projects and will continue supporting its client-first approach.
