Katten elected Structure Tone Southwest to construct their new office located on floors 10 and 11 at the Park District Tower in Downtown Dallas. The unique 45,000sf office space consisted of extremely high-end finishes throughout and numerous specialty items.
Allergan partnered with Structure Tone New Jersey to create a brand-new administrative headquarters based in Madison, New Jersey. The 400,000sf space consolidated the company’s four separate New Jersey offices located in Parsippany, Jersey City, Rockaway, and Bridgewater.

This confidential global law firm has more than 600 attorneys working out of offices across the U.S., Europe and Asia, the largest of which is in Boston. Structure Tone was proud to be a part of the project team, working alongside Gensler, Newmark Knight Frank and Vanderweil Engineers to complete this new office space project at Exchange Place – 53 State Street, in the heart of Boston’s financial district. The client’s former Boston office consisted of 167,000sf at 100 Summer Street. Their new home takes up 115,000sf across five floors which continues a trend of modern law firms downsizing.
When American Water, one of the nation’s largest publicly traded utilities, was looking to consolidate all their operations under one roof, a site on the Camden, NJ waterfront provided the perfect opportunity. Completing this striking new facility required a level of coordination and dexterity among the team to implement the project successfully.
