Two towers connected by the Great Room house nearly 725,000sf of studios, newsrooms, and flexible workplaces designed for collaboration, broadcast excellence, and future-ready storytelling.

Structure Tone Southwest collaborated with Kimmeridge Texas Gas and Gensler on a 30,000sf, two-floor interior build-out at Town Centre Two in Houston. The project reimagined a first-generation shell space into a sophisticated, functional environment featuring a statement boardroom, flexible meeting areas, a vendor café, and wellness-focused amenities including breakrooms, a mother’s room, and a shower.
Structure Tone provided construction management services for the New York Mets’ (NYM) corporate offices at Citi Field. The 5,500sf, known as “The Hub,” serves as a social, dining, and event space for the NYM employees.
Structure Tone was the chosen CM for assurance, tax, and advisory services firm BDO’s 18,000sf office renovation on the 12th floor of 1801 Market Street. This cool, collaborative workplace in downtown Philly helps BDO employees provide insight and assessment in manufacturing, distribution, finance, life sciences, and other key industries to clients in Philadelphia and throughout the Delaware Valley.
The Hospital for Special Surgery expanded its outpatient care centers with a new facility in Paramus, NJ. One of the key challenges of the project was incorporating an elevator into a space that previously lacked one.
