Arsenal Trade Center
This project included a full sitework package that was developed on a 73-acre site. Building trades were sequenced to work continuously to limit remobilization cost and sequenced to minimize the overall construction schedule. Each of the three buildings are dividable to accommodate multiple tenants and included a speculative office fit out per building. Each building onsite is also anticipated to receive LEED® Gold certification.
