This high-profile project reflects the firm’s commitment to innovation, client experience, and sustainability, creating a sophisticated and welcoming environment in a landmark location. Exterior Enhancements
- Curtain wall modifications
- New glass entry doors, transom panels, and weatherproofing for subway portal below
- A custom scaffold system, including complex spandrel panel removal, metal panel installation, and integration of illuminated signage and security systems

- Marble flooring sourced from Greece
- Metal wall panels and suspended flag ceiling from Germany’s Durlum
- Curved glass office fronts with plaster bands and illuminated fabric ceilings
- Large waterproofed GFRG planters with intricate shapes
