Hudson River Tennis Club
Structure Tone managed the construction of the Hudson River Tennis Club, a 53,000sf indoor racquet sports facility spanning the third and fourth floors of the building. The double-height club combines high-performance athletic spaces with hospitality-focused amenities to create a welcoming destination for players and spectators alike.
A Premier Indoor Racquet Sports Destination
The centerpiece of the facility is the expansive third level, which features three double tennis courts and a dedicated padel court. Supporting amenities include a reception area, lounge, kitchenette, and locker rooms, making this a premier destination for recreation, wellness, and community. Above, a 4,000sf mezzanine level houses a fitness center, laundry facilities, and storage space.
Innovative Court Construction
A defining project feature was the installation of an innovative 8 MAT system, a dynamic cushion base that serves as an alternative to traditional asphalt and concrete foundations. The system enhances playability while offering a flexible solution for both new court construction and court conversions.
Completed with a zero punch list, the project reflects Structure Tone’s commitment to quality craftsmanship, meticulous coordination, and delivering exceptional results from start to finish.
