One Sutton Place North
The One Sutton Place North project involved constructing a new, 41-story residential tower with 273-units. Overlooking the 59th Street Bridge, the building lives in the prestigious Sutton Place neighborhood of Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
The tower is composed of a reinforced cast-in-place concrete structure with a butt-glazed exterior curtain wall system and apartments ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Ranging from 550sf to 1,500sf, the apartments feature high-end finishes, including wood flooring, European-styled cabinets and marble bathrooms. Site work included a landscaped, on-grade plaza/fountain area and an off-street drive. The structure also includes Valet parking spaces for 550+ cars below grade.
