In collaboration with architect G70, Layton Construction led a design-build project for the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s Life Sciences Building. The process began with a demolition of the university’s existing structure, Henke Hall, and the removal and replacement of contaminated soil for the new facility. Through BIM 360 Field Software, the Layton team identified, tracked, and backchecked all field issues during the construction process.
