Verily is Alphabet Inc’s research organization devoted to the study of life sciences. After a referral from Google’s facilities staff in Cambridge, Verily approached our Boston team to manage the relocation of its headquarters into 100 Causeway Street, a new tower located in Boston's West End.
Pavarini North East (PNE) has an extensive track record of delivering high-quality construction projects within the Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB) Building in Hartford, CT. To date, PNE has successfully completed over a dozen interior fit-outs in the 24-story skyscraper, including the recent build-out for law firm Robinson+Cole, which opened its new headquarters in August 2024.

Structure Tone was the chosen GC for audit, tax and advisory firm Grant Thornton’s 29,376sf office renovation on the eighth floor of 2001 Market Street.
Structure Tone partnered with IA Interior Architects to renovate private equity firm Thomas H. Lee’s (THL) 63,000sf headquarters at 100 Federal Street in Boston’s Financial District.
Structure Tone provided construction management services for the reconfiguration of the 26th and 27th floors of Duolingo’s new NYC offices, transforming the space into an open, collaborative hub for over 200 employees. The new layout was designed to accommodate a variety of work styles giving priority to neurodiversity in the workplace, from tranquil reading rooms ideal for focused work to lively, collaborative spaces like the cafeteria.
