Designed to inspire innovation and collaboration, the new workplace blends digital sophistication, sustainability, and flexibility.

The relocation to Norwalk, CT encompassed a nearly 40,000sf fit-out designed to support a flexible, high-performance workplace.
Located at 7 Hudson Square, The Walt Disney Company’s NYC headquarters transforms a full city block into a vertically integrated, media-ready campus. Two towers connected by the Great Room house nearly 725,000sf of studios, newsrooms, and flexible workplaces designed for collaboration, broadcast excellence, and future-ready storytelling.

In summer 2025, the LEGO Group unveiled their Boston Hub, a state-of-the-art workspace in the Back Bay neighborhood. Guided by the LEGO Group’s commitment to colleague wellbeing, sustainability, and collaboration, our team partnered with BDG Architecture + Design and Syska.
Structure Tone fit out the main offices for the Philadelphia Inquirer, perhaps the most well-known newspaper native to the City of Brotherly Love. Selected as CM in part due to our extensive experience in the building and sound reputation for constructing high-end office spaces, we were supported during the selection process by the building’s landlord, Keystone.
Accenture selected Structure Tone to perform the construction of their new 15,000sf Philadelphia offices. Our team was brought on early as the construction manager to help guide \the budgeting process and help release long lead materials early in the project to ensure a timely delivery of their space.
