To expand patient care capacity, Hackensack Meridian Health’s Jersey Shore University Medical Center partnered with LF Driscoll to renovate the Ackerman Pavilion. The 21,000sf project transformed three floors of the historic building into modernized care environments, adding 40 new beds for obstetrics and medical/surgical services.
Following the success of the PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital Sussex Campus, LF Driscoll has again teamed with Warfel Construction to deliver a new 42-bed inpatient rehab hospital in South Point, Ohio, for Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate. Operated by PAM Health, the 56,000sf facility will include a pharmacy, radiology, dialysis, therapy areas, and support spaces to aid recovery from acute illness and injury.

Westlake Dermatology’s newly renovated office in San Antonio is a true standout. Designed by the talented team at Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, this high-end dermatology space features gold accents, natural stone finishes, and custom architectural details.
The Hospital for Special Surgery expanded its outpatient care centers with a new facility in Paramus, NJ. One of the key challenges of the project was incorporating an elevator into a space that previously lacked one.
