The purpose of this law office renovation for repeat client, Norton Rose Fulbright, was to refresh their existing space, including the grand stairway, catering pantry, and lobby. During preconstruction, we worked closely with the design team to provide field surveys of the existing conditions and eliminate unknowns.
To support O'Melveny’s expansion in the Dallas market at its new office location, Structure Tone Southwest was selected to execute comprehensive first-generation interior finish-out services across three floors in a newly constructed 27-story office tower in the city’s vibrant Harwood District. The team successfully completed the finish-out of the new law office, covering approximately 67,000sf on floors 15 through 17.
Structure Tone’s Philadelphia office was selected to complete the renovation of DLA Piper’s office, located on the 48th, 49th and 50th floor of the prestigious One Liberty Place in Center City Philadelphia. The law firm needed to update and modernize the 75,000sf space while also allowing for future expansion.
Morgan Lewis, a top-10 Am Law firm founded in Philadelphia 150 years ago, recently moved to 2222 Market Street, the first office tower in Philly since the 2017 Comcast Technology Center. The 19-floor, 305,000sf building represents a new era for the firm, combining the power of in-person collaboration with the flexibility that now defines workplace culture.
The Broadgate Tower refurbishment project on Level 27 involved significant enhancements, including the removal of existing rooms, creation of collaborative spaces and tea points and application of new finishes.
This project is a high specification Cat B fit out across 2 floors within 100 Liverpool Street. In order to provide the desired working conditions, a highly cellularised work space was created.
