Structure Tone Southwest completed the renovation of the Lampasas Performing Arts Center at Northeast Lakeview College, enhancing a versatile campus venue used for instruction, performance, and community events. The project upgraded the auditorium, backstage areas, green room, control room, classrooms, and support spaces.
Located in Dallas’ vibrant Arts District, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath’s 26,000sf office renovation redefines the modern law firm environment. Structure Tone Southwest collaborated on the project to bring the vision to life within a Class A building—balancing sophistication with flexibility.
Our continued partnership with PepsiCo at the Frito-Lay Headquarters in Plano, Texas has been rewarding. Nearly two decades after our Dallas team completed the original 520,000sf space, we had the privilege of returning to enhance key areas—prioritizing both functionality and design.

Innovation Pointe is a multi-phase, high-tech office campus consisting of four five-story buildings. Major sitework was required to accommodate the massive campus infrastructure.

Structure Tone managed the massive fit-out of WarnerMedia’s headquarters at Hudson Yards, a move that combines the organization’s divisions, including CNN, truTV, Warner Bros., and HBO, in one location.
Deutsche Bank used its search for a new headquarters as an opportunity to advance business objectives while bringing people and technology together. The reuse of a modern landmark in One Columbus Circle allowed Deutsche Bank to create a state-of-the-art trading environment, locate the office in a prominent and convenient location, and elevate brand experience.
At the end of 2019, Layton broke ground on the expansion of the University of Utah’s Rice-Eccles Stadium, which included adding state-of-the-art locker rooms, two 177ft concrete towers, press boxes, and the Ken Garff Red Zone and premium suites that increased the capacity of the stadium by 5,637 seats.
Infosys occupied the 6th floor of Houston’s City Centre 2, Class A office building. The 25,000sf suite consists of a high-end open office environment for the growing information technology company.
When the time came to relocate, Tenet Healthcare—a multinational healthcare company—decided to occupy the entire building at International Plaza 1. The 31-week, phased demolition and construction of the 13-story building is pursuing LEED Gold certification.
Completed in 2019, the Utah Tech University Human Performance Center is an award-winning hub for students and faculty focused on fitness. It is equipped to host local, regional, and state high school games, swim meets, Huntsman World Senior Games competitions, and community-sponsored sporting events.
Located in Dallas, Texas Eataly’s new flagship store now lives in the busy designer shopping market of NorthPark Center. Occupying a large, three-story retail space on the west end, Structure Tone Southwest completed the 48,250sf base building repositioning, and high-end interior construction for this unique, European-inspired market and restaurant.
Trinity Industries selected five floors in International Plaza II to relocate their Dallas operations and chose Structure Tone Southwest as their construction partner. The new, modern environment was designed to reinforce and support Trinity’s shift in strategic focus.
University of Hawaii at Manoa Life Sciences Building

In collaboration with architect G70, Layton Construction led a design-build project for the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s Life Sciences Building. The process began with a demolition of the university’s existing structure, Henke Hall, and the removal and replacement of contaminated soil for the new facility.

Located in the suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah, the new 85,000sf Michael J. Bouwhuis Allied Health Building at Davis Technical College in Kaysville has officially added a new and modern state-of-the-art facility.
Structure Tone recently completed a 50,000 high-end office buildout for CBRE Boston’s real estate team, including their brokers, project management, development, and support staff.
When Nicola Farinetti and his team chose London for Eataly’s latest location it was natural for them to turn to longstanding collaborators Structure Tone to deliver their new premises: Structure Tone’s Global Platform has been intentionally designed to service international corporate customers such as Eataly, and after successfully delivering projects in New York, Toronto and Dallas a vast reservoir of knowledge and relationships had been amassed.

AmerisourceBergen’s new regional headquarters combined a tilt-wall core and shell building with an interior fit-out, including site development, structure, building envelope, utility infrastructure and premiere office space. The interior boasts state-of-the-art amenities like tech-enabled conference and business centers, specialized mother rooms, fitness and yoga centers, a coffee shop, café and a micro-market.
American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP)
With a rapidly expanding membership and staff, the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) needed to upgrade its offices to keep up with that growth. With no existing buildings to meet their needs, they instead bought 6 acres of land near the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport to build their new office from scratch, bringing in the Structure Tone Southwest team to lead the way using an efficient tilt-up approach.
Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital Pavilion Expansion and Emergency Department Renovation

Building on our successful relationship with the team at Chester County Hospital (CCH) after completing the Lasko Tower Expansion, we worked with CCH and Penn Medicine to implement the largest expansion in the Hospital’s history -- adding 250,000 sf of new space and renovating 26,000 sf of existing Emergency Department. The expansion includes a new hospital entrance with lobby amenities.

Complete with a simulated operating room and over-the-counter retail space, the new Experience Center is a hub for training budding optometrists and allowing staff and customers to experience this client's products.
This project consisted of a 63,000sf, ground-up LEED®-Certified office facility for ConocoPhillips Eagle Ford Shale Group. The building comprises office space, break rooms, training rooms, conference rooms, and a fitness facility.
Structure Tone Southwest managed construction of a new broadcast studio and production facility, as well as office support space, for Comcast SportsNet.
Pavarini North East provided preconstruction and construction management services for the development of NBC Sports Group's centralized broadcast production facility.

Structure Tone has provided construction management services to Novartis on its East Hanover, NJ campus for more than seven years, as well as for projects on its campuses in Florham Park, NJ and Morris Plains, NJ; and in Suffern, NY, and Texas.
Fossil, Inc. consolidated employees from its two Richardson corporate offices and its distribution operations facility to its new headquarters at 901 S.
Before the new Barnes Foundation building opened in its new location, the building, the site and the art collection itself had to clear numerous hurdles. The project, controversial at the time it was announced, moved its historic art collection from the suburbs of Merion to the cultural corridor in downtown Philadelphia.
