University of North Florida Competition Pool
This 12,309 SF (10,894 SF of building with a 1,415 SF canopy) project consisted of construction of a new competition pool adjacent to the Student Wellness Complex Building 61. The 50M pool is 25 yards wide and open to all UNF students, not just the athletes.
The project also included the relocation of three exterior tennis courts and existing underground utilities. There are also new public restrooms, locker rooms with showers, a controlled/secure entrance, admin offices, support services and associated pool equipment storage, as well as mechanical space.
