WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION WEEK
Celebrating Women On-site and in the Office, March 5th-11th
Breaking barriers, building inclusion. Within the STO Building Group family of companies, we’re proud to have a diverse team of professionals—including many talented women—each with a unique story of how they entered the industry. Some discovered construction through family connections, while others pursued building as a career change. Some were drawn to the hands-on nature of the work, while others were inspired by the potential to make a positive impact on their communities. Whatever their path, we are committed to acknowledging, supporting, and amplifying the experiences, accomplishments, and voices of women in construction. Thank you for reminding us that we are all truly stronger together.
Join us here and on social media as we share stories from a handful of the dynamic women who help our organization build better together.

STOBG’s WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION NETWORK
In 2022, STOBG’s Women in Construction network hosted a variety of fireside chats, table talks, and panels. From LA to NYC, men and women across our organization gathered to hear from internal and external leaders—from women executives to the women who run our project sites—and learn about their careers, their experiences, and the unique challenges facing women in construction today.
