Seaport Hotel
The Seaport Hotel, in an effort to stay competitive in the fast-changing Seaport area, hired Structure Tone to manage their extensive 240,000sf guestroom renovation project.
The project included upgrades to 420 rooms, with custom finishes and new furniture. An integral part of the project included the conversion of tubs into walk-in showers, giving the hotel’s guest a more luxurious experience. Our team managed this project aggressively by turning over 64 rooms every five-and-a-half weeks. The project was completed while the hotel remained in operation, so our coordination with the Seaport staff to minimize any effect on guests was instrumental to the success of the renovation.
