Cove Hill Partners
Structure Tone helped build a home base for the newly founded equity firm, Cove Hill Partners, at 888 Boylston Street in Boston’s Back Bay.
Cove Hill’s new office includes custom millwork panels, wood ceiling features and accent lighting that creates a welcoming, cozy atmosphere while retaining all the sophistication of an equity firm. We built out double glazed private offices, administrative support areas, open workstations, conference rooms and a boardroom with sweeping views of the city from the 14th floor. The new café, with flexible seating options, doubles as an alternative meeting space. The AV coordination, furniture installation, plumbing tie ins, and value engineering opportunities were all made possible through a collaborative effort with the engineer, architect, and entire project team.
