Pasco County Schools Angeline Academy of Innovation
The Angeline Academy of Innovation project consisted of the development of an 18.80 +/- acre new school site located south of State Road 52, north of the future Ridge Road extension and west of Sun Lake Blvd in the new Angeline Development. The project involved the construction of a new 187,000 square foot STEAM Middle and High School campus serving Grades 6-12, designed to accommodate 1,700 students.
The campus included a 1 story administration area, 1 story dining / multipurpose area with full functioning kitchen, 2 story media, band and art areas, and a 4 story classroom wing with all areas connected by a 1 and 2 story atrium / central corridor. The site development included parking lot drives, walkway canopies, aluminum shade system, fencing, walking trail, sidewalks, chiller / generator plant, site lighting, underground utilities, landscaping and irrigation.
