The Kitchen American Bistro
Structure Tone Southwest is proud to have partnered with Michael Hsu Office of Architecture to bring Kimbal Musk’s vision of The Kitchen Bistro to life at 6th and Guadalupe.
This two-story dining destination combines Texas chic with global culinary influences. The ground floor features an upscale bistro with a wood-wrapped bar, elegant chandeliers, an open kitchen, and a private dining room.
Our team’s work included constructing a structural steel deck, installing mezzanines, stairs, and an elevator, and delivering precise mechanical and electrical systems. Sustainability was a priority, with the project adhering to AEGB standards and leveraging BIM/Navisworks for seamless collaboration.
The result is a stunning, functional space that promises to be a must-visit for Austin’s food enthusiasts. Stop by and experience it for yourself!
