Structure Tone successfully delivered the multi-phase fit-out and restoration of the Salesforce Tower at North Wall Quay, Dublin, one of the most significant commercial developments in the city.
Home to LinkedIn’s EMEA headquarters, the project was completed on a phased possession basis where Structure Tone worked alongside the developer’s base build contractor for a large portion of the project duration.
Providence by The Green is a three-story retail and tenant lease building overlooking the 12th green at Canyon Springs Golf Club in San Antonio’s Stone Oak community. Structure Tone Southwest delivered the ground-up building to accommodate future restaurant, bar, and retail tenants.
Structure Tone Southwest delivered a new ground-up primary care and multispecialty health center for University Health in San Antonio. The state-of-the-art Vagelos Laboratory for Energy Science and Technology will serve as a hub for the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) and School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS). The new laboratory building consists of seven floors features highly flexible labs and workstations, faculty offices, administrative suites, and collaborative meeting/workspaces.

Columbia University partnered with LF Driscoll Healthcare to manage the preconstruction and construction of a new eight-story electric laboratory building. Clad in a unitized curtain wall and a UHPC metal panel system, this facility will include wet laboratories, adjacent support, and administrative spaces to accommodate more than 30 principal investigators and their support staff.
Kapi’olani Medical Center is known for its tremendous care throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Rim. Prior to the completion of this facility, children needing inpatient medical care were treated in an outdated building from the 1950s.
After completing several projects on the University of Utah’s Huntsman Cancer Institute campus, Layton was invited to perform another major expansion in 2019.
To meet the growing healthcare needs of the residents of Florence, Alabama, long-time client RCCH Healthcare Partners hired Layton to construct a new replacement hospital spanning 25 acres at the North Alabama Medical Center campus. This facility replaced the existing Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital, which Layton demolished as the team completed the new facility.
Innovation Pointe is a multi-phase, high-tech office campus consisting of four five-story buildings. Major sitework was required to accommodate the massive campus infrastructure.
The aging buildings on the University Hospital campus needed a major upgrade. The scope for this project included significant renovations to the existing hospital, the addition of a second CUP, a vertical expansion to the parking structure that increased it to 11-stories, and the addition of the Sky Tower—a 12-story trauma tower with new emergency rooms, surgery suites, patient facilities, healing gardens, and penthouse.
As part of the next phase of the Philadelphia Navy Yard’s master plan, Ensemble and Mosaic developed an advanced life sciences building – a 137,000sf building at 1201 Normandy Place. The new building was built as a speculative lab building and has the ability to be fit out to accommodate any proposed lab/office needs.
Structure Tone Ireland delivered the first phase Data Centre Building for CyrusOne at their flagship Dublin Campus. The project involved the Shell & Core construction Including technical fit-out through to Racks, modelling, management, and commissioning of 18MW in the first building for CyrusOne.
Structure Tone managed the massive fit-out of WarnerMedia’s headquarters at Hudson Yards, a move that combines the organization’s divisions, including CNN, truTV, Warner Bros., and HBO, in one location.
Building Repositioning, Corporate Base Building, Retail
Our Pavarini McGovern team was responsible for repositioning an existing circa-1925 Class B office building totaling 700,000sf into Class A space. Several years later, we made two floors at this location our new world headquarters.
Deutsche Bank used its search for a new headquarters as an opportunity to advance business objectives while bringing people and technology together. The reuse of a modern landmark in One Columbus Circle allowed Deutsche Bank to create a state-of-the-art trading environment, locate the office in a prominent and convenient location, and elevate brand experience.
At the end of 2019, Layton broke ground on the expansion of the University of Utah’s Rice-Eccles Stadium, which included adding state-of-the-art locker rooms, two 177ft concrete towers, press boxes, and the Ken Garff Red Zone and premium suites that increased the capacity of the stadium by 5,637 seats.
Working within an occupied campus, Structure Tone set out to convert an existing building, both shell space and renovations, into new ITS Networking and ITS Security spaces. Maintaining the historic character of the building was a key feature of the project and held by the project team in the highest regard.
Layton was selected as the builder for the UCF Lake Nona Medical Center project, based largely on the expertise of the assembled team, our experience in pull planning and technologies like BIM 360 and, subcontractor selection. We chose trusted subcontractors to ensure both our expectations and our client's were understood from the beginning.
Completed in 2019, the Utah Tech University Human Performance Center is an award-winning hub for students and faculty focused on fitness. It is equipped to host local, regional, and state high school games, swim meets, Huntsman World Senior Games competitions, and community-sponsored sporting events.
Located in Dallas, Texas Eataly’s new flagship store now lives in the busy designer shopping market of NorthPark Center. Occupying a large, three-story retail space on the west end, Structure Tone Southwest completed the 48,250sf base building repositioning, and high-end interior construction for this unique, European-inspired market and restaurant.

The process began with a demolition of the university’s existing structure, Henke Hall, and the removal and replacement of contaminated soil for the new facility.

Located in the suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah, the new 85,000sf Michael J. Bouwhuis Allied Health Building at Davis Technical College in Kaysville has officially added a new and modern state-of-the-art facility.
University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) selected Structure Tone Southwest to complete a 12,580sf renovation project to the first floor of their Center for Biohealth Building to house an Imaging Suite for a high-profile Alzheimer’s research study. The renovations were completed within an occupied facility while maintaining safe and open access to the building’s mechanical and utility plant systems.
After ringing in its much anticipated grand opening in November 2019 at 55 Bloor Street in Toronto, Eataly is the largest Italian marketplace in the world. The concept is a hybrid supermarket-restaurant and is comprised of various restaurants, food vendors, and bakeries.
When Nicola Farinetti and his team chose London for Eataly’s latest location it was natural for them to turn to longstanding collaborators Structure Tone to deliver their new premises: Structure Tone’s Global Platform has been intentionally designed to service international corporate customers such as Eataly, and after successfully delivering projects in New York, Toronto and Dallas a vast reservoir of knowledge and relationships had been amassed.
Global real estate investor, developer and manager, Oxford Properties, enlisted Structure Tone to refurbish this Grade II listed property to deliver CAT A and CAT B customizable “plug and play” workspace.
The project comprises the construction of a new subterranean data center, known as TP3 IDC, within an existing central London building, which forms part of an extensive campus.
The Blue Fin Building, so named because of the 2,000 vertical fins of varying blue colours covering its façade, transforms its public spaces to power productivity.
Structure Tone Southwest completed the five-story, tilt-up concrete structure and interior fit-out for the 3201 building to house Nokia’s new workspace within the Cypress Waters development.

Our team has been partnering with the Philadelphia Museum of Art to preserve, renovate, and enhance the museum experience in projects large and small since 2004. Since the beginning, it has been important to us to approach each job in one of Philadelphia’s most celebrated Art Deco structures with deliberate care for the building and its delicate contents.
The west side of Midtown Manhattan is having a moment. For decades, the acres around the rail yards were largely seen as undevelopable given the industrial use.
Most building repositioning projects involving gutting an older building and starting fresh with modern infrastructure and interiors. But at Hudson Commons, Cove Property Group thought—quite literally—outside of the box.

Opening in 2018, this 175,000sf Global Innovation Center located in Philadelphia’s historic Navy Yard, brings research, product development, and technology initiatives together in one location. To meet an ambitious schedule to deliver the project three months early, the team had to handle all the complexities involved in building a unique lab building - custom air handling systems, a utility plant, custom paint spray booths, purifying exhaust equipment – combined with all the elements of a corporate headquarters building.

AmerisourceBergen’s new regional headquarters combined a tilt-wall core and shell building with an interior fit-out, including site development, structure, building envelope, utility infrastructure and premiere office space. The interior boasts state-of-the-art amenities like tech-enabled conference and business centers, specialized mother rooms, fitness and yoga centers, a coffee shop, café and a micro-market.

Thanks to a significant reconstruction and repositioning effort, the 17-floor, 348,000sf building now features a new glass-walled, two-story lobby with an outdoor canopy, a fitness center, a conference center, renovated office space, abundant artwork, a rooftop terrace and an elegant new restaurant run by Michelin-starred chef Bruno Davaillon.

Building on our successful relationship with the team at Chester County Hospital (CCH) after completing the Lasko Tower Expansion, we worked with CCH and Penn Medicine to implement the largest expansion in the Hospital’s history -- adding 250,000 sf of new space and renovating 26,000 sf of existing Emergency Department. The expansion includes a new hospital entrance with lobby amenities.

Morgan Hall North is North Philadelphia’s tallest building, at 27 stories, and occupies an entire city block. The post-tensioned concrete residential tower features a combination of singles, four-bed and five-bed apartment suites that are arranged like neighborhoods and accompanied by two-story glass-enclosed lounges.

To create a space conducive to productivity, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia curated this 22-story class A office tower specifically for its clinical research staff. The building includes flexible workspaces, loading facilities and three levels of parking located within the building’s plinth.
Pavarini McGovern managed the construction of the new 50,000sf Campbell Sports Center, the gateway to the Baker Field Athletic Complex of Columbia University.
As a testament to LF Driscoll's continuing role in changing the skyline of Philadelphia, the Company built the Comcast Center, a 58-story, 975ft office tower in Center City.
This project consisted of a stand-alone three-story county courthouse of approximately 110,000 gross square feet situated on 19 acres on Avalon Boulevard in Milton. The building houses eight courtrooms, eight judge’s suites and all the necessary support services including a secure holding area for inmates, hearing rooms, a law library, evidence rooms, jury selection and jury deliberation spaces.

Florida State University's (FSU) Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Science (EOAS) facility is a 7-story, reinforced-concrete building that totals approximately 135,000 square feet and is located on a rather conspicuous site at the North Gateway to FSU. The exterior façade consists of traditional Florida State masonry and clay-tile roofing as well as large elevations of modern curtain wall and metal siding.

In 2019, Indeed announced plans to expand even further in Dublin, increasing its workforce to 3,000 in a new HQ in the city’s Capital Dock development. Given the project’s size, Indeed tendered the first phase of the 235,000sf job and chose Structure Tone Dublin as their construction partner.

The project is to build a new building to house Clemson’s Forestry and Environmental Conservation (FEC) department, which is part of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CAFLS). Building spaces will include teaching & research labs, faculty & staff.
Before the new Barnes Foundation building opened in its new location, the building, the site and the art collection itself had to clear numerous hurdles. The project, controversial at the time it was announced, moved its historic art collection from the suburbs of Merion to the cultural corridor in downtown Philadelphia.
