Last year, Structure Tone Boston moved to a 11,100sf office on the second floor of 40 Broad Street, a location designed and built to promote employee health and wellness while complying with stringent VOC emissions standards. Ideas such as active workstations, sustainable material choices, waste reduction options, established areas for privacy, improved energy efficiency with specialized mechanical and electrical systems, and easy access to public transportation were all made a priority from the project start.
