Alamo Colleges Northeast Lakeview Lampasas Performing Arts Center
Structure Tone Southwest completed the renovation of the Lampasas Performing Arts Center at Northeast Lakeview College, enhancing a versatile campus venue used for instruction, performance, and community events. The project upgraded the auditorium, backstage areas, green room, control room, classrooms, and support spaces.
The renovation included new finishes, upgraded theatrical lighting and audio-visual systems, ADA improvements, and the installation of three new rooftop units to improve comfort and efficiency. Early procurement of long-lead mechanical equipment allowed interior renovations to progress while systems were in production, supporting schedule continuity.
The completed facility provides an accessible, high-performance environment that supports both learning and performance.
