Ansell Healthcare, a world leader in providing superior health and safety protection, called upon Structure Tone to assist with the relocation of their 53,000sf facility to Iselin, NJ.
The 16-week project encompassed the complete build out of floors two and nine at 11 Wood Avenue South and included new private offices with DIRTT office fronts, open system furniture, conference rooms, a boardroom, training facilities, pantries and a small computer room. The scope also included the construction of the main reception area on the second floor, an IDF closet, a small data center with two stand-up CRAC units and a UPS system. The space features various high-end architectural elements such as floating ceilings with exposed mechanical systems within the open spaces. The pantries were finished with vinyl tile flooring that required a special installation procedure necessitating close coordination of activity and material lead times.
