Cosmetic giant Revlon relocated their executive offices from Midtown to the top two floors of One New York Plaza. Sitting atop the southernmost tip of Manhattan, the office features spectacular panoramic harbor views of Governor's Island, the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn, and New Jersey.
Over a decade ago, Structure Tone completed an office renovation for global investment firm, Viking Global, at their previous offices at 280 Park Avenue. Once they selected recently repositioned 660 Fifth Avenue as their new home in 2023, our team was brought onboard to manage construction on their two-floor relocation.
Structure Tone New Jersey fit out the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering basis of design for Fiserv’s location in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The four-story building encompasses 428,000sf of space with social work zones, culinary programming, and wellness opportunities for associates.
Structure Tone New York provided construction management services for the two-floor build-out. The scope of work consisted of multiple amenities, including a general office space, four executive offices, six conference rooms, a reception area, an elevator lobby, two pantries, a dining room, an MDF and IDF room, a trading room, an A/V room, and a gym.

A 200-year-old owner and operator of food and agriculture businesses selected Structure Tone as construction manager for the construction of their new headquarters at 767 Fifth Avenue. This one-floor build-out encompassed 35,000sf and overlooks Central Park.
Our firm provided infrastructure upgrades for the 55,000sf interior renovation at Knight Libertas. The project scope encompassed the fit-out of the third and fourth floors, as well as infrastructure work on the roof and in the lower garage to service these two floors.
Biotronik, a world leader in medical devices manufacturing based in Germany, selected Structure Tone as their construction manager for the build-out of their 17,000 sf showroom and event space on the 14th floor of 330 Hudson Street. The space is utilized by the client as a Corporate Sales Office that includes product training and simulation capabilities.
