The display of artwork was a major influence in the design of the project and many design details were adjusted throughout the construction phase to accommodate the final presentation. The scope of work included perimeter offices, an open area with custom workstations, conference rooms, a trading area, large café space and reception area. The floor is packed with intricate details and high-end finishes, making this otherwise simple build-out a truly interesting and one-of-a-kind project.
The elevator lobby and reception area welcomes guests and staff with limestone tile flooring and matching limestone wall panels. The reception area features a custom granite table while the meet-and-greet area contains seating and a coffee bar. The boardroom and conference rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art A/V equipment, including conference tables with built-in microphones and speakers.
The majority of the floor consists of private perimeter offices and suites, as well as corner conference and huddle rooms. All offices and conference rooms feature a custom glass front system with dual barn doors and pop-up ceilings. The corridors and offices contain feature nine-foot open ceilings with exposed beams. The open area workstations were custom-made with granite counters and millwork frames. There is a small trading area which can accommodate up to 10 traders, separated from the remainder of the floor with glass partitions. More than six different types of stone and millwork are featured throughout.
