Cannondale Sports Unlimited
This project consisted of a 51,000sf, new global headquarters for Cannondale Sports Unlimited, a unit of Montreal-based Dorel Industries, at i.Park, where it continues to develop the next generation of technology to serve recreational and competitive bicyclists.
Special features consist of a “green wall” where live plants were mounted with an irrigation system and special lighting. This project also used reclaimed wood paneling in the reception and common areas, and in an outside patio used as an employee gathering area.
