CBRE Workplace360
Structure Tone recently completed a 50,000 high-end office buildout for CBRE Boston’s real estate team, including their brokers, project management, development, and support staff. The buildout was part of CBRE’s Workplace360 initiative, the company’s leading-edge approach to workplace strategy, designed to promote flexibility and productivity through technology-enabled, free-address, and paperless offices. The new Boston CBRE office features a balance of workplace settings, including collaborative and private spaces that employees can self-select to accommodate their changing needs. This project included two floors of renovations, plus a wide interconnecting stair with built-in stadium seating. The office contains open workspaces, huddle/focus/conference rooms, pantry, break room, and executive boardrooms, all equipped with state-of-the-art technology to enhance the workplace experience. This project is pursuing LEED and Fitwel Certification.
