Structure Tone fit out the main offices for the Philadelphia Inquirer, perhaps the most well-known newspaper native to the City of Brotherly Love. Selected as CM in part due to our extensive experience in the building and sound reputation for constructing high-end office spaces, we were supported during the selection process by the building’s landlord, Keystone.

Situated East of Washington Square Park, NYU’s College of Arts and Sciences underwent a significant redevelopment initiative encompassing a complete overhaul of its infrastructure and aesthetics. Structure Tone did a thorough gut renovation and fit-out of floors 2-6, alongside extensive enhancements to the elevator systems, mechanical infrastructure, electrical capacity, windows, vertical risers, and new lobby staircase.
