Structure Tone delivered a fourth-floor office fit-out for this confidential financial client in Mount Laurel, NJ. As their trusted construction partner under an existing MSA, our team mobilized quickly to maintain consistent project progress, showcasing responsiveness and reliability that strengthened an already solid relationship.
The fit-out expanded office space and upgraded conference rooms, blending functionality with aesthetics to support the client’s growing operations. Despite a fast-track schedule and complex logistics—such as limited ceiling space for MEP coordination and limited material storage—the team executed flawlessly through meticulous planning and close collaboration with trade partners. MEP systems were strategically routed to maximize ceiling clearances, while just-in-time deliveries and proactive noise control minimized disruption to neighboring tenants.

Sustainability and innovation were front and center. During demolition, all metal, copper, and plastic were separated for recycling, reducing waste and promoting environmentally responsible practices. The team also leveraged Matterport scanning technology to document progress and enhance communication with the client and design partners.
