Structure Tone Southwest provided preconstruction and construction services for a consulting firm, encompassing 7,900sf of existing and another 6,800sf of new office space. Both spaces were demolished and rebuilt using designs by Ziegler Cooper.
The build-out included enclosed offices and open work areas, a reception area, conference rooms and a café space and utilized interesting, modern finishes throughout the space.
The project was completed with a swing space in order to allow the client to continue using a portion of the space throughout the construction period. The project was completed successfully with minimal disturbances during the construction process.
