Confidential Healthcare Client
The new Dublin headquarters will serve as both a functional workplace and a showcase for the organisation’s global commitment to health, innovation, and wellbeing. The design prioritises a seamless experience for employees, clients, and partners, supporting collaboration, privacy, and wellness through thoughtfully planned spatial zones.
Client-facing areas will include high-quality consultation rooms and a variety of meeting spaces, ranging from formal boardrooms to flexible collaboration hubs. These spaces will be equipped with advanced telehealth and video conferencing technology, ensuring effective communication with international teams. Interiors will embody trust and professionalism through clean lines, soft lighting, and material choices that convey care without clinical sterility.
The open plan desking environment will encourage teamwork while offering access to quiet zones and focus pods for concentrated work. Ergonomic workstations, adaptable meeting points, and biophilic design elements such as natural light, greenery, and calming materials will support productivity and comfort.
Employee wellbeing will be at the forefront, with an on-site gym, locker facilities, and a dedicated wellness room designed for mindfulness, decompressing, or private breaks. Sustainable materials, energy-efficient systems, and accessible design standards will reflect the company’s values while enhancing overall workplace performance and user experience.
