Located on the 37th floor of the GM Building in midtown Manhattan overlooking Central Park, the 40,000sf Colette Club is an exclusive, luxury office space created by Santa Cruz Co. in partnership with EMS Capital LP. The club offers members an unparalleled and unique business and hospitality experience.
Our team worked with EMS Capital, managing the fit-out of the 37th floor, which features 23 beautifully appointed private executive offices that include desks, seating areas, videoconference hookups, and temperature/light controls. The club also includes conference rooms, meeting spaces, lounge areas, a world-premier restaurant/bar with omakase dining, and a wine program.
