Structure Tone partnered with this global law firm to deliver a cutting-edge headquarters at Hudson Yards, relocating from 31 West 52nd Street to a 150,000sf space spanning floors 39-42. Designed to inspire innovation and collaboration, the new workplace blends digital sophistication, sustainability, and flexibility.
Highlights of the space include:
- Open office areas featuring Italian Unifor design
- A high-end conference center with multipurpose rooms and advanced A/V systems
- Wellness spaces, including a mother’s room
- A non-gas commercial kitchen supported by three catering areas
- Dynamic amenity spaces for collaboration and events
A dramatic spiral staircase anchors the design, connecting all four floors and serving as a striking architectural centerpiece—despite significant engineering challenges. Flexible solutions like sliding office fronts and Skyfold walls allow spaces to transform for large-scale events, while premium finishes, including Italian-sourced stone, elevate the aesthetic.
Commitment to Sustainability
The project achieved LEED ID+C Platinum, WELL Platinum, and a 3-Star Fitwel rating, thanks to a near-zero waste demolition program, transparent emissions reporting, and sustainable material sourcing.
