Structure Tone provided construction management services for the interior fit-out of the seventh floor at 745 Fifth Avenue for this prestigious financial client. The space features open workstations for traders, as well as private offices and conference rooms. We used high-end finishes throughout including terrazzo, marble, glass and extensive millwork. An outdoor terrace provides expansive views of Central Park.
Preconstruction was key for our successful completion of this project. We pre-purchased long-lead items, including supplemental AC units, lighting, custom office fronts, fabric wall covering, carpet, white lacquer panels installed in the reception area, and a hurricane-proof door to the outside terrace. We ordered pre-fabricated cement walls and reception furniture for assembly during construction, and we carefully planned and coordinated the installation of the MEPS systems within the new sheetrock system. All of this ensured that construction activities proceeded smoothly and without delay.
