LVMH 57th Street
LVMH at 1st East 57th Street is a commercial building remodeled for new retail.
Major repositioning of an existing commercial building. Four floors of retail with an included fifth floor of mechanical level. 10 of the floors consist of a class A office space. The façade partially re-clad with 1” thick glass skin, and window replacement program. The structural concrete chopped out of first three floors and replaced with four new structural steel framed floors. Project included completely new building infrastructure, and new retail elevator for levels 1-5.
