Structure Tone has provided construction management services to Novartis on its East Hanover, NJ campus for more than seven years, as well as for projects on its campuses in Florham Park, NJ and Morris Plains, NJ; and in Suffern, NY, and Texas.
East Hanover work included:
Building 401 GMP Laboratory: Renovation of a GMP laboratory, including build-out of two containment suites.
Building 435: Converted existing general office space into analytical GMP laboratory space, totaling 18,000sf,
Building 403: 2nd Floor: Complete renovation 4,800sf of interior space in eight weeks.
Building 122: Renovated 12,000sf, including creation of a new entrance, lobby, offices and interconnecting stairs.
Building 404: Renovation of three floors totaling 27,000sf that entailed decommissioning/demolition of an existing laboratory and animal testing facilities, and undertaking the work on all three floors simultaneously and while occupied.
Building 438: Renovated 10,000sf of Novartis’ library and created new office space
Other projects included a new roof-top AHU, renovation of laboratories and 10,000sf of existing office space in Building 435.
Safety is a top priority. In every project, our project team in conjunction with our safety director developed a site specific safety program that ensured the safety of all employees, construction workers and visitors during construction.
