Pavarini North East seized the opportunity to secure a coveted location while offering a new and more modern workplace experience for both returning and potential employees. The 8,500sf space is in an upgraded building directly on the Long Island Sound in Stamford, CT’s up-and-coming Harbor Point neighborhood, just 2 miles from their previous location. In addition to the modern workspaces and collaboration areas in the office, the building also offers a fitness facility, outdoor dining, a cafeteria, a Starbucks, and more.
Pavarini led the renovation, obviously drawing from our own experience and expertise as workplace builders. The team set aggressive schedules, employing our Quality 360° approach to projects with continuous communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and applying best practices and lessons learned to ensure the office meets the Pavarini team’s needs.
