Seven Rockingham Road Office Facility
Our project team worked with the Berni family to develop and construct a 6,545sf two story office building, now Structure Tone New Hampshire’s new home. The building includes men’s and women’s bathrooms on each floor and an elevator to service the second floor. The team built out 3,100sf on the first floor and 3,345sf on the second floor. The building is a structural steel shell with metal stud framing, plywood, and Hardie Plank siding and trim for the exterior walls.
Sixteen aluminum frame insulated windows are installed on the first and second floors to provide natural light throughout the building.
The roofing system combines both a shingle roof system as well as an EDPM rubber roof system. New roof top heating and air conditioning units were installed to service the first and second floors.
Due to the lack of town water and city sewer connections a state-of-the-art septic system was installed to accommodate not only an office environment but also a medical environment. A 4,000-gallon clean solutions tank was integrated with a 2,600-gallon compartment tank to allow for a future medical office. A 20,000-gallon cistern tank was also installed to provide onsite water in the event of an emergency.
