Providence by The Green
Providence by The Green is a three-story retail and tenant lease building overlooking the 12th green at Canyon Springs Golf Club in San Antonio’s Stone Oak community. Structure Tone Southwest delivered the ground-up building to accommodate future restaurant, bar, and retail tenants.
The building features expansive glazing, outdoor terraces, and a façade composed of EIFS, metal panels, and curtain wall. Interior elements include a grand entrance with polished concrete floors, a decorative chandelier, and a central staircase.
Constructed on a compact site adjacent to a fire station and located over an aquifer recharge zone, the project required extensive environmental permitting and phased site logistics. Through BIM coordination and detailed scheduling, the project was delivered safely and achieved 23% MWBE participation.
