9th Wonder
9th Wonder enlisted the Construction Management and General Contracting services from Structure Tone to building out their new Headquarters in Houston.
Spanning almost 20,500sf on the Second floor of GreenStreet, 9th Wonder, Midway Companies, our team delivered this modern and fresh space. Anointed with unique and high-end wall finishes – this space reflects the increasing millennial workforce.
This space includes a mixture of hard-walled offices and open floor concepts with collaboration and huddle rooms. Open and cloud ceilings with exposed, finished concrete, encapsulate the space finished off with a custom-designed, curved curtain wall.
