Structure Tone performed preconstruction and construction services for American Bible Society, in Philadelphia, PA. This was a fast-paced project, comprised of the demolition and fit-out of the eighth and ninth floors, with construction completed within 16 weeks from the start of the build-out.
Structure Tone partnered with the architect and the engineer to perform value engineering and to maintain all aspects of the build-out with high-end aesthetic, while meeting the budget.
The project had many unique aspects, such as several living walls, cork flooring, ‘Wood Shed’ collaborative areas and two communicating stairs, as well as custom millwork.
When we were brought on board for this project, design documents were at the schematic stage, and many aspects of the build-out were produced through collaboration with the design team.
