About Colliers NYC Office Construction
Structure Tone worked with Brookfield Properties and Spector Group on the 45,000sf fit-out for Colliers International. The project is located on floors 11 and 12 of the iconic Grace Building. Designed by Spector Group and built to maximize the views of Bryant Park, this Colliers office provides a unique New York City workspace for its employees.
Details
During construction, our team installed white marble panels from the elevator lobby into the reception area, creating a backdrop of white, gray, and blue accents that highlight the Colliers brand. A sculptural slatted wood wall was built behind the main reception desk and extends up the length of the interconnecting stair that links the two floors. A decorative light fixture was installed above this stair, guiding employees to the main café and through the rest of the office.
Space & Amenities
Collaboration areas, open workstations, and private offices are distributed throughout the space. Other amenities include an oculus room, a music room, a meditation room, and learning lounge—all designed with an eye towards wellness and various work preferences.
