To expand patient care capacity, Hackensack Meridian Health’s Jersey Shore University Medical Center partnered with LF Driscoll to renovate the Ackerman Pavilion. The 21,000sf project transformed three floors of the historic building into modernized care environments, adding 40 new beds for obstetrics and medical/surgical services.
Following the success of the PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital Sussex Campus, LF Driscoll has again teamed with Warfel Construction to deliver a new 42-bed inpatient rehab hospital in South Point, Ohio, for Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate. Operated by PAM Health, the 56,000sf facility will include a pharmacy, radiology, dialysis, therapy areas, and support spaces to aid recovery from acute illness and injury.

LF Driscoll constructed a 217,000 SF wet lab, research, and vivarium facility overbuild atop an active 250,000 SF office. The project included a new mechanical penthouse supporting both new and existing systems, upgrades to the existing pharmacy, and a total of six new elevators of which four were new installations and two were jumping and rebuilding of existing cars.

LF Driscoll (in association with Antoine Johnson) is collaborating with Virtua Health on a highly complex multi-phase renovation and expansion focused on enhancing patient and provider experience at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Over the years, we have played a crucial role in preconstruction, collaborating with Virtua and the design team to ensure the project’s goals are met and managing (to date) 20 individual GMPs.
The Cobbs Creek Foundation is leading the restoration of the historic Cobbs Creek Golf Course in West Philadelphia. This significant revitalization reimagines the 340-acre site as a vibrant hub for recreation, education, and community engagement.

We are currently working alongside our joint venture partner, DPR Construction, the design team, and key trade subcontractors, to deliver a new 1.
The Hospital for Special Surgery expanded its outpatient care centers with a new facility in Paramus, NJ. One of the key challenges of the project was incorporating an elevator into a space that previously lacked one.
LF Driscoll completed a comprehensive façade renovation and several critical MEP upgrades at an administrative services building for Swarthmore College located at 101 S Chester Road. During preconstruction, our engineering team collaborated closely with the design team and trade partners in a full design-assist process on the façade.
