Confidential Financial Client
Structure Tone managed the build-out of office space for a confidential client in downtown Manhattan. The 10-floor, $100M corporate re-stack includes high-end finishes, custom glass walls and open workspace with room for 300 people per floor. Our client used this renovation to upgrade its space into a cohesive, state-of-the-art work environment that encourages collaboration.
Construction consisted of workstations, offices, conference rooms, common areas, game rooms, reception lobby, pantries/cafés and storage space. Our firm coordinated with the client’s consultants on design services for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, lighting, food service and A/V systems.
We also upgraded the building’s infrastructure and mechanical equipment. Included in this scope of work was a UPS and switchgear replacement, water damage remediation, decommissioning and densification. Other updates consisted of faster WiFi and more advanced telecommunication and electrical systems.
