After successfully completing a project for Fox Rothschild at their headquarters in Philadelphia, the historic law firm selected Structure Tone for their relocation project at 101 Park Avenue.
The scope of work included the elevator lobby, a reception and lounge area, a large conference center, perimeter offices, secretarial workstations, restrooms, two pantries and an MDF room. Additional scope included the renovation of an existing interior staircase that would lead to their future space on the 16th floor.
A key feature of the space is the conference center that encompasses almost half of the floor and includes 11 conference rooms and break-out areas of various sizes. The most impressive is the 50-person boardroom that also serves as a multipurpose room.
Team coordination was crucial to the success of this fast-track, 16-week project. The architect, Francis Cauffman, is headquartered in Philadelphia, making coordination even more important. Our team utilized PlanGrid, a web-based field software, to monitor and track the status of the project with the architect. This tool helped facilitate seamless communication, regardless of the distance.
